I've been called the "Mindset Whisperer" by my clients. I'm kind of like if your business strategy coach + your mindset/embodiment coach had a baby! I'm the best of both worlds.

My purpose in life is to help women wake up to their potential, make friends with their ambition, embrace their superpowers and achieve success without sacrificing their joy & wellbeing.

In addition to my Board Accredited Certifications in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Life & Success Coaching, EFT Tapping & T.I.M.E. Techniques, I also have experience as a Certified Nutrition Coach (PN1) and I'm also a Level II Reiki practitioner and Level II Human Design reader.

My gift is using powerful mindset, somatic and energetic tools to co-create personalized plans with my clients, no matter what their goal is.
